Who Should Exhibit? The show will feature products and services for all members of working families providing Christmas specials on products for babies, toddlers, children and teens. Adults will look for savings on products and services that will benefit their companies and daily home life. Recommended businesses include apparel, accessories, educational products, toys, health products & services, travel, publications, office services, day care services, gifts, financial services and more!  Please note that there will be a minimum of jewellery exhibitors permitted, available on a first come, first serve basis.  Exclusivity available for Arbonne, World Ventures, Scentsy, Stella & Dot, IT Works, Rodan + Fields, Young Living and other networking marketing companies.

Exhibitor space is payable by etransfer, Paypal, Visa or MasterCard.  Note that a 4% service charge will apply on credit card and Paypal payments.

Vendor Application All important details including pricing and booth size options available in the Exhibitor Application form.  Information regarding program advertising and gift bag insertions can also be found in the Exhibitor Application.
Hydro, Electrical, Power and Sign/Banner Hanging Order Form All electrical, power, booth lighting, sign suspension/hanging and hydro is supplied by Freeman.
Utility Order Form If you require water, gas, or air hookup, you will be asked to complete a form to send to Freeman directly.
Order form – Tables, chairs, draping Order your tables/chairs at a discounted price through FJAM. Your table will be skirted and delivered directly to your booth.
Insurance Certificate All companies are asked to provide a certificate of insurance.  Click on the Insurance Certificate tab to the left for more information.
Food & Beverage Sampling Form All food and beverage samples must be approved.  Please complete the form and email to info{at}jingleandmingle{dot}ca.
Gift Bag Insertions Must include something of value (i.e. Gift certificate, sample, product, gift or treat). Contact us.
Information Technology IT, Phone, Debit & Credit lines. This service is provided exclusively by the Mississauga Convention Centre.  Reserve early.

Exhibitor Badges A maximum of 4 exhibitor badges will be supplied per company.  Exhibitor badges will be in your booth on set up day.  We will provide you with standard exhibitor badges listing your company name.
